What your quote should make clear
Before the appointment is confirmed, check the work covered, the labour charge, the treatment of materials and any agreed extras. If the scope depends on something that cannot yet be assessed, we will explain that.
Materials and replacement parts
Tell us what you already have and send product details where possible. Any sourcing arrangements, parts costs and relevant time should be agreed as part of the job. Supplied parts still need to be suitable for the work.
Several jobs in one visit
Include every task you would like considered and put the most important first. A combined list can help us plan the visit, but the amount completed depends on the work, condition and parts required.
Changes to the job
If you want to add tasks or the condition differs from the original description, the scope may need to change. We will discuss the next step and any price change before additional work goes ahead.
